*Water treatments and any replacement materials including new lights, transformers, or other equipment are an additional charge. If our techs find a potential issue that will cause the visit to take longer than one half hour or exceed average maintenance charges, they will contact you before proceeding. Large properties with multiple water features may not be able to have full maintenance performed within one half hour. Contact us with any questions.
